Two days, yes, only two days. This is the second day I joined into Founder. In the two days, I have known what will I do.
First: Make a Software Configuration Management specification.
Second: clear up the SVN server responsitry.
Then: Will be Continuous Integration, Change Management.
These only can be done one step by one step. The most important is make a specification Configuration Management. The testers support this very strongly, but not the developers, maybe they afraid of changing.
So, in my plan, I will first give them what benefits can I take to them. Maybe once they consider the benefits, they will support my job.
